Just a reminder… Create 5 mins a day for yourself so you can read the daily emails and complete the task. There’s lots of fun tips and nothing painful, don’t worry. You’ll need a pen and paper.
A note pad or book would be best and writing things down will help you be more productive and conscious.
This is a time to tap into a gentler, calmer version of yourself before the business of the day begins.
Enjoy writing all your thoughts and key learnings in your diary/notepad so you can reflect and go back over as reminders to keep you going.
